Terms of Use
Last updated 25 October 2026.
These terms apply to motthamai.com and to the Mottham AI interview scenarios we publish on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. By using the site or the content, you accept them. Mottham AI is operated from India and can be reached at info@motthamai.com.
What this is, and what it is not
Mottham AI is practice material. It is not hiring advice, careers advice, legal advice or engineering advice for your particular system, and it is not a promise about any job, employer, salary or interview outcome. No question here is taken from any company’s real interview process, and we have no affiliation with any employer whose technology a scenario mentions.
Accuracy
We hold our answers to a stated standard: every quote must appear verbatim in a source we fetched, and every number must come from that source or from arithmetic we show. Sources are cited so you can check them yourself. Even so, the field moves quickly, sources can be wrong, and we can be wrong. The content is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Verify anything before you rely on it in production or in an interview.
How the content is produced
Questions, explanations and video narration are produced with software assistance, including AI tools, and are checked against their cited sources before publication. Where a platform requires content to carry an AI label, ours carries it.
Using our content
The scenarios, explanations, artwork and the Mottham AI name and logo are ours. You are welcome to:
- use the questions to practise, privately or with your team;
- quote a short extract with clear credit and a link back to the original post.
Please do not republish our posts wholesale, strip the branding, or present the material as your own, including as part of a paid course or a dataset, without written permission. Write to us and we will usually say yes.
Third-party platforms and links
When you follow a link to YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook you are leaving this site and entering a service with its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control those services, and we are not responsible for them or for any other site we link to.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mottham AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the content, including any decision you take in an interview, a hiring process or a technical design.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
